It is with great sadness the Slack family announce the bereavement of Steven Phillip Slack. Born 01.06.1961, following exceptional care at Royal Papworth Hospital and John Farman ITU, Addenbrookes, he peacefully passed away on the 3rd of September surrounded by his loved ones. He will be remembered as a loving and generous husband, father and friend. Our heartfelt thanks to everyone for their support. STEVEN SLACK
