JOY VALERIE PHILLIPS of Newport passed away peacefully at home on Monday 6th July 2020 with her family at her side. A wonderful wife to John, mother to Kay, Jo and the late John. Nan to Billy, Ella and Caitlin and friend to many. She will be forever missed. Special thanks to Dr Woko and the staff at Newport Surgery, and the fantastic Saffron Walden District Nursing Team.
