Sadly passed away in Addenbrooke's Hospital on Sunday 10th February, aged 75 years, following a fall at home on 1st December. Private cremation. No flowers please, donations if wished may be made payable to Addenbrooke's Charitable Trust and sent c/o Peasgood and Skeates, 12-14 Queen Street, Haverhill, Suffolk, CB9 9EF. JOHN DAVID RICKETTS
