MARY "RED" KATHARINE DE VRIES Mary Katharine de Vries, known as "Red", Practice Nurse to the communities of Dunmow and Saffron Walden for 28 years, passed away peacefully, aged 67 years, at home in Saffron Walden on the afternoon of 30th November 2017, after a stoic battle with cancer. A much loved mum to Jennifer and James, sister to John, Elizabeth and Peter and devoted grandmother to Aimee and Ella. Reds dear friends together with her colleagues at the Gold Street and John Tasker House Surgeries gave her great strength; supporting her and her family with great care and compassion for which we are truly grateful. Funeral Service at St Marys Parish Church on Wednesday 13th December at 2.00pm.
