Thomas James Freeman beloved Son, Brother and Grandson died peacefully on Thursday 9th February 2017, aged 34 years. A service of thanksgiving for his life will be held at Thaxted Parish Church on Thursday 2nd March at 12noon. Family flowers only please but if wished donations for Whizz Kidz and Addenbrookes Charitable Trust (to benefit The Intensive Care Unit) may be sent c/o H. J.
