JOAN MARY TANNER 1916 -2016 Sadly, 16 days before her one hundredth birthday, at The Moat House, Great Easton, on 4th May 2016, Joan Mary Tanner passed away. Born in Thaxted, the daughter of William Stanley Tanner (grocer) and Letitia Lily Eva Tanner (nee Pritchard) and sister to Bill (Billy). She will be sorely missed by nephew David, the Tanner family and all her friends. Funeral service to be held at Parndon Wood Crematorium on Friday 20th May at 2.30pm.
