DOREEN MAY PURKISS (nee Cornwell) Passed away peacefully at Addenbrookes Hospital on Monday, May 4, 2015, aged 87 years. Beloved wife of the late Ken Purkiss. Sister of Alan Cornwell (the late Kathy) and Maureen Jarvis (Cliff). Preceded in death by her brother Frank Cornwell (Irene), and sister Joan Smith (Ray). Further survived by many Nephews, Nieces, and friends. She will be dearly missed by Maureen, Cliff, Lynn, Jay, Elaine, Anita, Samantha, Rachael, Chad and Chelsea. Thank you to Ward C6 for the loving and tender care given to Doreen. A special thank you to Joy and Colin Matthews for your love and support and, to Barry Richardson, a caring neighbour and good friend. Funeral Service to be held at Saffron Walden Cemetery on Wednesday, 20th May at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please.
