DAVID JOHN MATTHEWS Passed away peacefully on 15th September aged 64 years. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Epping Forest Burial Park, North Weald on Monday 30th September at 2.00pm. No flowers please but donations made payable to Great Ormond Street Hospital Childrens Charity may be sent c/o Daniel Robinson and Sons, Haslers Lane, Great Dunmow, Essex, CM6 1XS.
