STEVENS, Samantha (Sam) Adored only child of Sue and Deryck died very peacefully at home on 19th March 2010 after a 19 year battle with Multiple Sclerosis aged 39 years. We would like to thank H Peasgood and Son, with special thanks to Phil Warner, for their kindness and guidance at this time. Private funeral has taken place.
