HOWARD JAMES (JIMMY) COOK On Sunday 26th July, Jimmy faced his final delivery and nudged one to the slips. He walked, honourably, back to the pavillion for the last time. Larger than life in every way. Sadly mourned by Trisha, Ben, Joanna, Dino, Belinda, grandchildren and a million friends. Funeral to be held at St Mary the Virgin, Newport, on Thursday 6th August at 2.00 pm. No flowers. No sad faces. Donations may be made payable to Sparks (Childrens Sport Charity) and sent c/o H Peasgood & Son, Shire Hill, Saffron Walden CB11 3AQ.
