Members of Elsenham Youth Football Club were 'jumping for joy' after a housebuilder sponsored three bouncy castles for its family fun day.
Housebuilder Dandara, which is building homes at the Millers View development in Elsenham, helped with sponsorship so the club could celebrate their awards ceremony as well as offer entertainment to members and their families.
The event, hosted at Elsenham's recreation ground, saw the youth football club's 21 teams celebrate their achievements from the season while fundraising for equipment.
More than 400 people - including family, friends and local supporters of the football club -attended and enjoyed bouncy castles, food stalls, music and games.
Michelle Smailes, social committee chair of Elsenham Youth Football Club, commented: "The Presentation Day is a great opportunity for our teams to come together and celebrate their wins from the season.
"This year we were lucky enough to host a screen to showcase the England Euros match against Switzerland.
"It was a great turn out from all the community, and the sponsored bouncy castles went down a treat with all the players – so a huge thank you to Dandara!"
Founded in 2000, Elsenham Youth Football Club was created by four dads in the village, giving aspiring young footballers the chance to play matches at all ages.
From having 50 players attending its first session, the club is now home to over 400 members.

"We hope the day was full of fun – celebrating the players individual wins as well as watching England in the Euros!

Dandara is currently selling a selection of four and five-bedroom houses at Millers View, overlooking ancient woodland.

Prices start from £585,000 for a four-bedroom detached home.
The development, which is now more than 60 per cent sold, also includes two-bedroom bungalows and three-bedroom homes.
