Two fundraisers will take on the Royal Parks Half Marathon in aid of West Essex disability charity Accuro.

Tia Kaye, 21, from Newport, and 60-year-old Mark Stevens from Bishop's Stortford will run the marathon in London on Sunday, October 13.

You can support Tia's fundraising efforts at https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/tiakaye, or Mark's at https://www.justgiving.com/page/mark-stevens-1720120366695.

Tia said: "I have worked as a support worker for Accuro for nearly four years and have seen first hand all the incredible support the charity provides.

"I am really excited to run for Accuro, raising money and awareness for such a vital charity."

So far Tia has raised more than £290 of her £400 target, while Mark has raised more than £400 of his £2,500 target.

Mark said: "If through donations made, Accuro can impact positively just one additional person, then my fundraising will be worth it."

Accuro is also looking for runners to take on the Brighton Marathon in April 2025.
