St Mary's Church in Saffron Walden is holding an All Souls Day service for bereaved people to remember their loved ones.
The service will take place at 4pm on Saturday, November 3, and is an opportunity to come together with others who have lost a loved one for quiet reflection, prayer and thanksgiving.
The church choir will sing at the service and funeral directors Peasgood & Skeetes will light candles for those whose funerals have taken place this year.
There will also be time during the service to light a candle in memory of family and friends.
If you would like the name of your loved one or loved ones to be read out during the service, whether they died recently or many years ago, please send their name to office@stmaryssaffronwalden.org or contact Peasgood & Skeates at enquiries@peasgoodandskeates.co.uk no later than Thursday, October 31.
The service will be streamed on YouTube so people can watch at home, or invite family and friends to watch from further afield.
