Led by Hill Street Chocolate's co-founder, they brainstormed flavours, created prototypes, and ran taste tests - learning about the creative process of chocolate-making as well as the operational side of launching a product.

Amira Mitchell-Karam, head of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Maths) at the school, said: "This unique real-life learning experience has allowed pupils to develop their creative and entrepreneurial skills in an engaging and fun environment.
