It was another action packed weekend at Saffron Walden Hockey Club.
The ladies third team opened proceedings with a fine performance against Letchworth, Sam Pluck hitting a hat-trick in the 3-1 win.
However, that effort was topped by the men's seconds as they roared back from 4-1 down at half-time to complete a 7-4 success against the side second in Division Two South East.
Luke Gouldstone, Jake Yeoman and Freddie Colclough each scored two with Tom Crump getting the other.
The Walden team, skippered by Keir Tait, are in fourth.
Elsewhere the men's first team drew 2-2 at Loughton while the women were held 1-1 at home to Berkhamsted & Hemel Hempstead.
The women's second team won beat Stevenage 2-1 while down in East League Division Five South East, the men's fourths and fifths both won, leaving them first and third in the table.
The fourths made it 17 wins from 17 with a 5-1 success against Old Loughts while the seconds beat Waltham Forest 2-1.
